In 2024, Scharrer Psychiatric Consulting expanded from a small consulting business to include an outpatient practice. where I provide medication management, psychotherapy, and group therapy.  My experiences as a neurodivergent, queer, tabletop roleplaying enthusiast influence how I practice. In this clinic, each person's values, identity are an integral part of their care. No one is asked to check their beliefs or culture at the door. My approach to sessions is one of non-judgmental compassion, curiosity, science, and in the right context, play.
